What I'm trying to do

This blog is not a conventional blog - it will not be full of my ramblings.

Instead I intend to search the web for the most important African journalism and to link to it here.

Africa doesn't get the news coverage it deserves. When it is covered it is rarely seen from an African perspective. This site intends to be a modest contribution to addressing this.

I hope it will be of some use to those with an interest in the continent.
